The Quarry's got all that going for it, but it's also a video game, meaning it can one-up horror flicks by virtue of being an interactive experience. So, yes, Boaty McBoatface is about to terrorize the internet. Finally, players can become the formal captains of their own ships, including the long-anticipated ability to rename them. Season Seven, which arrives on August 4th, rather completes the idea we all had when Sea of Thieves was first announced. There is nothing quite like taking a boat out to the deep unknown, stumbling upon a mythic Treasure Island, staving off would-be challengers to the booty, and high-tailing it back to the harbor in time for rum. We're now six seasons into Sea of Thieves content add-ons, and it's so much better in 2022.
